Once the group line-up had been completed, No Secrets began recording songs, touring, and promoting their group. In June 2001, No Secrets joined Aaron Carter in Toronto, Canada, for the shooting of his video "Oh Aaron", and also collaborated in the taping of the song, providing background vocals. In 2002, they filmed their first video, a home VHS and DVD video named No Secrets - Get to Know Us.
Later that year, the group released their self-titled debut album, with singles of "That's What Girls Do" and "Kids in America", the latter featured in the soundtrack for 2001 film Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and its music video included as a bonus for the films VHS release.
No Secrets was one of the many artists who recorded a song on the album DisneyMania and its follow up DisneyMania 2. On the first album, they recorded "Kiss the Girl" from The Little Mermaid. On the second album, they recorded "Once Upon A Dream" from Sleeping Beauty. Also, in 2002, they recorded "Little Angel Of Mine," for the soundtrack of Stuart Little 2.
Angel left the group to pursue a solo career, releasing the album Believe in Angels... Believe in Me in 2004.
The remaining members recorded and shot a video for the song "Once Upon Another Dream" for Disney's 2003 re-release of Sleeping Beauty. Soon after, they parted ways.
